In honor of Black History Month, Porchlight is committing to donate a portion of our February profits to the Black Business Alliance, a Connecticut-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.

The Black Business Alliance works to create access, opportunity, and long-term economic growth for Black founders through advocacy, education, and community support. Their mission aligns closely with our belief that strong businesses build strong communities—and that equality in entrepreneurship is essential to lasting change.

This contribution is one small part of a broader, ongoing commitment to uplifting underrepresented voices and investing in organizations doing meaningful work at the local level. We’re proud to support the Black Business Alliance this February and encourage continued support for Black-owned startups and businesses throughout the year.
