For more than a year leading up to their May 22 wedding, Porchlight had the privilege of working alongside them as they planned one of the most important days of their lives. From answering questions and refining details to offering guidance throughout the planning process, it was a journey built on trust, collaboration, and excitement for what was to come.
When the big day finally arrived, our role shifted from planning to execution. Our team provided day-of support, assisted with decorating the venue, and helped ensure everything was in place before guests began to arrive. Throughout the day, we worked behind the scenes to keep the timeline moving, support vendors, and handle the countless details that allow couples and their families to focus on what truly matters- celebrating together.
Watching months of planning transform into a beautiful celebration is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Every centerpiece placed, every timeline cue, and every behind-the-scenes task contributed to creating a seamless experience for Amanda and Michael and their guests.
