At Porchlight, we believe events are about more than just celebrations—they’re opportunities to make an impact. That’s why we’re proud to be supporting the TEAM Inc. Community Cook-off alongside two incredible local vendors by contributing a raffle basket valued at over $1,300 in event services.

This collaboration is all about giving back while helping future clients bring their own celebrations to life, and one lucky winner will walk away with a package that includes event planning support from Porchlight, photography services from Alyssa Michel Photography, and custom cake services from Jaded Creations—a combination designed to elevate any type of event, from weddings to birthdays and beyond.

Alyssa Michel Photography is contributing photography services to the raffle basket, bringing her signature ability to capture genuine, meaningful moments. Her work focuses on telling each client’s story through natural, timeless imagery—making her an incredible addition to this collaboration and a valuable resource for any future event.

Jaded Creations is adding custom cake services to the package, known for creating desserts that are both visually stunning and unforgettable in taste. Her designs consistently elevate events and leave a lasting impression, making her contribution a perfect complement to the overall experience this raffle basket offers.

Previously known as ‘Men Who Cook,’ The TEAM Inc. Community Cook-off is more than just a fun night out—it’s a major fundraiser that supports critical programs like food assistance, housing support, early childhood education, and job training services. The event brings together dozens of local “chefs,” along with tastings, drinks, music, and raffles, all with the shared goal of giving back to the community. Every ticket purchased and every raffle entry helps support programs like:

• Meals on Wheels
• Housing/Basic Needs Assistance
• Energy & Heating Support
• Family & Community Services

These programs impact over 19,000 individuals and families each year, making events like this essential to keeping support accessible for those who need it most. 

You may also spot a familiar face in the competition—our own catering coordinator, Payton, will be stepping into the cook-off as one of the featured chefs.
