This client reached out to us for help with their Spring wedding at The Mountain Room, located at the Mount Southington Ski Area in Plantsville, CT.
The couple wanted help booking a budget-friendly DJ. We helped the couple hire our friend Chris Knighton (DJ DopeGod), of MNE Events. Prior to the event, we provided them worksheets to help them pick their songs and coordinate with Chris.
Upon arriving at the venue, we assisted the client with decorating tables, as well as the arbor the couple would be married beneath.
The couple had booked the venue prior to hiring us, and while setting up we quickly realized the venue didn’t include a coordinator. We partnered with Chris to quickly build a custom timeline and stepped in to manage the entire event. We worked closely with the venue staff, officiant, and photographer to ensure everything felt seamless—for both the couple and their guests.
Throughout the evening, we received several compliments on how smoothly the event flowed, as well as on the outstanding performance by the DJ.
