We had some rare availability, but our schedule was tight. The tents were rented the night before by a client in New Britain, so we had to dismantle, load, transport, and then re-assemble all in just a matter of hours.
To throw another challenge into the mix- it was already raining, so nothing else (tables, decor, etc) could be set-up until we did our part. The whole event depended on our crew setting up as fast as possible.
They performed, getting things together within an hour. Additionally, they rigged lighting and even helped with setting up the tables, chairs, and decor.
